Two people were detained after shots were fired at Torrance police officers and a bystander was struck by gunfire in Wilmington on Wednesday afternoon, according to LAPD. Aerial video from Sky5 showed police in the area of Fries Avenue and G Street, along with multiple other locations, with several people being handcuffed and questioned. It’s not clear what the Torrance officers were doing in Los Angeles’ Wilmington neighborhood, which is within LAPD’s Harbor Division patrol area. 33.778383
